15 minute grace period allowed with prior communication approval.

After 15 minutes late, appointment will be canceled.

$25 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking

Deposit is not transferable to different date unless previously discussed

Hair must be clean, tangled free, blow dried straight, and free of any hair products & oils

If hair has to be detangled during service it will result in a +$25 fee

Currently not accepting male clients

Currently not accepting children under 9, unless previously discussed.

Hair must be at least four inches.

Please reply to booking email with hair color number needed for booked style.

Please verify contact number in case of additional information regarding appointment.

Any changes will need to be discussed prior to appointment (i.e. add ons, style change)

Braiding hair is provided in the following colors: 1, 1b, 2, and 4 only. Any additional colors will be a $6 add on per bag, and must be discussed prior to appointment.
